Chibi Kagome. Odd dress

I drew this wile sitting around in the store im working at XD
Its a charity store and there's heaps of old clothing and such :0
There was a lil girls dress hanging up on the wall that looked just like this ;D fun fun
Logically the first thing i thought was to draw an inuyasha chara wearing it XD HAHA
I think her hands look funny but it gave me a chance to practice frilly things :0 im not so good with em XD
